Apple Inc. in Cork is seeking a Fitness Operations Specialist to run the onsite Fitness Centre and Wellness offerings for employees. You will manage programs, schedules, and staff, partnering with the global Benefits and Wellness teams to deliver a world-class experience.

This role requires coordinating with facilities, vendors, and leadership to drive continuous improvements and ensure a seamless employee wellness program that aligns with business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program delivery within fitness or wellness with strong customer focus.
• Experience coordinating front desk staff, instructors and trainers.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and invoicing processes.
• Clear communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
• Organized, detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Cork Fitness organisation and daily facility operations.
• Manage fitness programs, class schedules, studios and staff vendors.
• Deliver global outreach programs in mental health, fitness challenges, nutrition.
• Coordinate with facilities teams and vendors for projects and work orders.
• Support front desk staff and contract staff, interviewing and onboarding as needed.
• Partner with internal teams on budgeting, inventory, planning and invoicing.
