Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance and operations management in a large corporate setting.
• Experience managing external vendors and SLAs.
• Experience with work order systems and preventive maintenance programs.
• Engineering or facilities management background with relevant degree/experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary service partner team to deliver maintenance across Apple's campus.
• Ensure seamless maintenance with minimal business interruption and process improvements.
• Oversee contracts, budgets, and quality to drive operational excellence.
• Coordinate with Places team leads and CAPEX interfaces for shutdowns and tie-ins.
• Provide proactive updates to leadership on performance, trends, and risks.
• Maintain audit-ready records and ensure compliance with ISO, standards and safety.
• Use data analytics to inform OPEX vs planned activities.
