Job summary

Accountancy Solutions is assisting a growing client in Dublin to recruit their first in-house finance leader. The role combines hands-on finance management with strategic input to founders, initially remote with flexibility and potential for share options later.

You will own day-to-day finance (AP/AR/payroll), financial reporting, budgeting, cashflow, tax, and process design across Europe, with scope to build a finance team as the business scales.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finances (AP, AR, Payroll).
• Prepare financial accounts and analysis.

• Lead budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage cashflow.
• Handle tax and statutory returns.
• Build and develop the finance team.
• Maintain operational involvement.
