Global Professional Consultants is recruiting a Finishing Manager for a large-scale residential project in West Dublin. You will lead finishing trades, coordinate subcontractors, and report to the Site Manager on site.

The role requires a proven track record with a main contractor, strong leadership, and meticulous attention to quality, planning and snagging to ensure successful handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finishing phase, overseeing all trades and subcontractors.
• Plan and sequence finishing works to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Monitor and enforce quality control standards across finishes.
• Manage snagging and ensure timely close-out of defects ahead of handover.
• Liaise with design team, client representatives and subcontractors on finishing matters.
• Enforce site Health and Safety standards across finishing works.
• Support resource and material planning for the finishing phase.

Finishing Manager required for a Main Contractor to work on a large-scale residential project in West Dublin. Our client is specifically looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to lead and oversee all finishing trades and ensure a high standard of quality across the project. The successful Finishing Manager will report to the Site Manager on site.

Role:

• Lead and manage the finishing phase of the project, overseeing all finishing trades and subcontractors.
• Plan and sequence finishing works to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Monitor and enforce quality control standards across all internal and external finishes.
• Manage snagging and ensure timely close-out of defects ahead of handover.
• Liaise with the design team, client representatives and subcontractors on finishing matters.
• Enforce site Health and Safety standards across finishing works.
• Support resource and material planning for the finishing phase.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on large-scale residential or apartment developments
• Strong trade background with a main contractor
• Strong leadership, attention to detail and organisational skills
