Job summary

Hunter Savage is seeking a Financial Services Administrator to support its growing financial planning and wealth management business in Dublin. The role involves providing high quality administrative support to financial advisers and clients, managing applications, records, documentation and day-to-day processes.

Based in Ballsbridge, Dublin, this is a fully office-based, permanent position, Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.15pm, offering consistent hours and the opportunity to collaborate

Qualifications

  • Previous financial services administration experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience in IFA/wealth management/pensions/investments or insurance is advantageous.
  • QFA qualification or working towards QFA is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Confident communication skills and a client-focused approach.
  • Proactive, professional and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to financial advisers across a range of client matters.
  • Prepare and process client applications and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems.
  • Liaise with clients, providers, insurers and other external stakeholders.
  • Support administration across pensions, investments, protection and financial planning.
  • Prepare valuations, reports, correspondence and client documentation.
  • Monitor outstanding requirements and follow up to progress cases efficiently.

Our client wishes to appoint a Financial Services Administrator to support its growing financial planning and wealth management business following a recent acquisition. The successful candidate will provide high quality administrative support to financial advisers and clients, managing applications, records, documentation and day to day processes accurately and efficiently.

Based in Ballsbridge, Dublin, this is a fully office based, permanent position, Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.15pm. The structured working pattern offers consistent hours and the opportunity to collaborate closely with advisers and colleagues in a professional financial services environment.
