Job summary

Fortis Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly expanding global investment manager to appoint a Finance Manager in Dublin. You will lead a newly created team and shape the financial reporting and regulatory function with exposure to senior leadership across EMEA and North America.

The role offers high visibility, strategic impact and a clear progression path as the team scales, reporting into the Senior Financial Reporting Manager and coordinating audits and finance projects.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA or equivalent with 5–8 years' PQE.
• Senior Manager or Director level in Big 4 with investment management or funds clients, or in-house at a large asset manager.
• Strong technical accounting skills across multi-jurisdiction entities.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a Dublin-based team of finance analysts.
• Oversee regulatory reporting and filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage monthly close process for EMEA and North America regions.
• Lead on financial statement preparation and coordination of audits.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives in global finance projects.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 5-8 years' PQE with a recognised accounting qualification - ACA or equivalent
• Senior Manager or Director level in Big 4 with investment management or funds clients
• Or in-house at a large asset manager, investment manager or PE firm
• Strong technical accounting skills across complex, multi-jurisdiction entities
• Strong communicator with a commercial mindset and comfort operating at senior stakeholder level
