Job summary

Natus Sensory in Ireland seeks a Finance and Accounting professional to manage cash application, AR, AP, and month-end close. You will work with ERP systems to ensure accurate posting, timely invoicing, and strong controls.

Role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, solid Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail to support cash flow and financial reporting. Competitive benefits and flexible work location offered.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in cash application, accounts receivable, and/or accounts payable.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics).
• Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and filtering.

Responsibilities

• Apply daily customer payments to invoices in the ERP and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate and send customer invoices and statements on schedule; monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Process vendor invoices with 2-way/3-way matching; code to GL accounts and process payments.
• Reconcile AR/AP subledgers to the GL; prepare accruals and schedules for month-end close; assist audits.
