Job summary

Engage People Recruitment is seeking a motivated individual to start a career in financial services, gaining exposure to clients and a range of financial products. You will work directly with clients, providing practical guidance across pensions, planning, protection and investments, while learning from experienced advisers.

You will support diary management, client activity and administration, and build knowledge of taxation, regulatory developments and personal wealth strategies to help

Qualifications

  • You have a third-level degree; financial services experience or knowledge would be an advantage.
  • You are a confident communicator who can explain information clearly.
  • You are organised, numerate and interested in a long-term career in financial services.

Responsibilities

  • Speak with employees and individual clients about their financial circumstances and goals.
  • Provide guidance across pensions, financial planning, protection and other areas of personal finance.
  • Support clients with queries relating to their personal wealth and financial plans.
  • Work closely with regulated financial advisers to ensure clients receive the right level of support.
  • Assist advisers with diary management, client activity and related administration.
  • Build your knowledge of pensions, taxation, investments, insurance and regulatory developments.
  • Help make financial information easier for clients to understand and act on.
  • Continue developing your professional and technical knowledge as your career progresses.
