About The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and client focused Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) to join our team within Prosperous Financial.

This role is focused on managing and developing relationships with our existing clients, ensuring they continue to receive high-quality, tailored financial advice. You will work closely with clients through regular reviews and ongoing engagement, helping them adapt their financial strategies in line with changing circumstances and long-term objectives.

The role offers the opportunity to build deep, long-term client relationships while delivering meaningful outcomes through proactive advice and a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the client relationship for existing clients, ensuring a high-quality and consistent experience.
• Assess and analyse clients’ financial circumstances, identifying their needs and objectives.
• Provide tailored recommendations, delivering expert advice and appropriate financial solutions.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships through annual reviews and ongoing communication.
• Work collaboratively with Client Services Executives to deliver an efficient and seamless client journey.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes and support business growth.
• Ensure all client information and documentation is accurate, complete and maintained in line with compliance requirements.

Skills And Experience:

• QFA designation is essential
• Strong knowledge of investments, pensions, protection and savings product
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving individual and team objectives
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including client services
• Experience with financial planning tools such as Voyant and Online Application systems is an advantage
• Working towards, or an interest in pursuing, the CFP® qualification is an advantage
