Job summary

Brightwater Recruitment is seeking a wealth management professional with 4–5 years' experience to manage client relationships and deliver tailored financial advice. The role focuses on growing an existing portfolio and identifying new opportunities within a compliant framework.

Ideal candidates will have QFA qualification, progress toward CFP beneficial, strong communication, and proven stakeholder management. Ireland-based, client-centric with regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years’ experience in financial advice or wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of investments, pensions and protection.
• QFA qualified; CFP or progress towards CFP desirable.
• Proven client relationship and business development experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and client-focused.
• Well organised with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
