The Financial Planner will advise individuals, families and business owners, helping them make informed decisions across retirement planning, investments, protection, inheritance planning and savings. The Role:
Build and maintain long-term relationships through regular client contact and proactive financial reviews
Understand clients’ financial circumstances, objectives and future priorities
Develop tailored financial plans covering pensions, investments, protection, savings and inheritance planning
Present clear, practical recommendations in a way clients can easily understand
Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver strong client outcomes
Identify new opportunities and generate referrals through professional relationships and networking
Maintain accurate client records and operate in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
The Person:
RPA or CFP designation would be advantageous
At least five years’ experience in a financial planning or advisory role
Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, protection and wider financial-planning strategies
Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-management skills
Commercially aware and comfortable developing new client opportunities
Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
