Elevate Partners, a US-headquartered real asset investment firm, is hiring a Financial Controller for its Irish business. You will own the finance function and partner with the Group CFO, supporting two platforms across ROI and NI on SPV structures.

You'll lead lender reporting, DSCR, cash waterfall, monthly close and payroll/VAT, with oversight of outsourced accountants and multi-entity accounting across ROI and NI. Strong technical accounting is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA with 5+ years PQE.
• Experience with lender reporting and covenants.
• Multi-entity accounting across ROI and NI.
• Proficient in Xero and Excel with strong controls mindset.

Responsabilités

• Report to lender and facility agent; DSCR and DSRA management.
• Run project-finance draws from start to finish; CP packs and LDs.
• Manage cash waterfall, distributions and partner profit-share.
• Own monthly close: AP, bank recs, accruals and intercompany.
• Handle payroll, VAT (ROI/NI), SPV setup and company secretarial work.
• Oversee outsourced accountants for statutory accounts and tax returns.

I'm partnering with a US-headquartered real asset investment firm (c. $850m AUM across energy, power and infrastructure) to hire a Financial Controller for its Irish business.

The Irish team runs two growing platforms across ROI and NI: one develops supermarket sites for major retailers, and the other funds, develops and operates power assets in partnership with a leading Irish energy group. Each project sits in its own SPV, and new SPVs are set up every year.

This is a chance to own a finance function and build it out as the portfolio grows. You'll report to the Group CFO and work day to day with a small, commercial team in Ireland.

The role

• Act as the single reporting point to the lender and facility agent: reporting packs, covenant compliance certificates (incl. DSCR) and DSRA management
• Run project-finance drawdowns from start to finish: CP packs, milestone-based drawdown requests, retentions and LDs
• Operate the cash waterfall, distributions and partner profit-share calculations
• Own the monthly close: AP, bank recs, accruals, intercompany and management accounts
• Handle payroll, VAT (ROI and NI), company secretarial work and SPV set-up, including new entities and bank accounts
• Manage the outsourced accountants who prepare the statutory accounts and tax returns

What you'll bring

• ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA with 5+ years' PQE
• Hands-on experience with lender reporting, covenants, DSRA/cash management and drawdowns, ideally in renewables, infrastructure or real estate project finance
• Multi-entity accounting experience across ROI and NI
• Xero and strong Excel, and a precise, controls-minded way of working
