Job summary

Elevate Partners is hiring a Fund Controller in Dublin. The role offers end-to-end ownership of fund finance and one portfolio company, with direct responsibility for financial reporting, cash movements, distributions and investor communications.

You will liaise with auditors and administrators while collaborating with the investment team on portfolio performance; the position is suited to a hands-on professional in a small team, with hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• ACA, ACCA, CFA or similar qualification preferred.
• 5+ years PQE.
• Experience in fund accounting or financial control within private equity, infrastructure or real assets investing.
• Comfortable operating in a small team with broad, end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own fund level financial reporting and control, including quarterly and annual reporting to investors; manage cash movements, drawdowns and distributions in line with fund docs.
• Be the primary point of contact for fund auditors and administrator; work closely with the investment team on portfolio company performance.
• Oversee finance for one portfolio company, including involvement in financing activity across its project pipeline.

Job description

We're exclusively partnering with a real assets investment firm with $700+ million in AUM and substantial liquidity to deploy, focused on energy, power and infrastructure globally, to hire a Fund Controller in Dublin.

Full end to end ownership of the fund finance function, with direct responsibility for one of the group's portfolio companies in the energy infrastructure space.

Competitive Base Salary + Bonus + Pension + Healthcare + Hybrid working (3/2)

The Role

This is a small, close-knit team, so you'll get real ownership from day one rather than sitting in a narrow slice of the function.

• You'll take full ownership of fund level financial reporting and control, including quarterly and annual reporting to investors, and manage cash movements, drawdowns and distributions in line with fund documentation.
• You'll be the primary point of contact for the fund's auditors and administrator, and work closely with the investment team on portfolio company performance.
• Alongside the fund remit, you'll own the finance function for one of the porfolio companies including involvement in financing activity across its project pipeline

It's a broad, hands on mandate for someone who wants genuine ownership rather than a narrow slice of a bigger machine.

What You Need:
