Osborne Recruitment is seeking a Qualified Financial Consultant for our Cashel office in County Tipperary. You will provide tailored financial planning solutions across investments, pensions, savings and protection, while building trusted long-term relationships with clients.

The role focuses on client engagement, portfolio development, and proactive business development. You will work with an established client base and participate in ongoing CPD to stay compliant and informed.

Qualifications

• Fully QFA qualified and CPD compliant.
• Proven experience in a Financial Advisor/Consultant role 2–3 years.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, pensions and protection products.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial planning advice across investments, pensions, savings, and protection products.
• Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement and professional advice.
• Conduct detailed fact-finding meetings to assess clients' financial circumstances, objectives, and risk profiles.
• Develop tailored financial solutions that align with client needs and goals.
• Achieve agreed business development and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure all recommendations meet compliance requirements.
• Work closely with administration and support teams to deliver an excellent client experience.
• Stay informed on industry developments, financial products, and regulatory changes.
• Provide regular updates to management on client activity, pipeline development, and business performance.
• Travel occasionally to support clients and office locations within the region.

Qualified Financial Consultant Our client is a well-established financial services organisation who are looking fora Qualified Financial Consultant for their office in Cashel, Co. Tipperary. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-focused financial professional to join a growing team with an established client base and strong reputation in the market. The successful candidate will work closely with both existing and prospective clients, providing tailored financial planning solutions while building long-term trusted relationships. This role would suit a commercially minded individual who enjoys client engagement, business development, and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Location: Cashel, County Tipperary Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: DOE + Bonus Structure

What Were Looking For Experience & Qualifications

• Fully QFA qualified and CPD compliant.
• Proven experience in a Financial Advisor, Financial Consultant, or similar role 2-3 years.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, pensions, and protection products.
• Experience managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
• Previous experience within a brokerage or financial services environment would be advantageous.
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
