Job summary

Prosperous Financial in Ireland is seeking an experienced Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) to manage and grow relationships with existing clients, delivering tailored financial advice and regular reviews.

You will work across pensions, investments, mortgages and succession planning, with a hybrid working model and a strong focus on compliance and high service standards.

Qualifications

• CFP designation or working towards completion is required.
• Strong knowledge of investments, pensions, protection and savings product.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client relationship for existing clients, ensuring a high-quality and consistent experience.
• Assess and analyse clients' financial circumstances and long term goals, identifying their needs and objectives.
• Provide tailored financial plans, delivering expert advice and appropriate financial solutions.
• Showcase expert knowledge on key areas to enhance clients' financial wellbeing.
• Maintain and develop strong client relationships through ongoing communications and annual reviews.
• Work collaboratively with Client Services Executives and Paraplanners to deliver an efficient client journey.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes and support business growth.
• Ensure all client information and documentation is accurate, complete and maintained in line with compliance requirements.

About The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and client focused Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) to join our team within Prosperous Financial.

This role is focused on managing and developing relationships with our existing clients, ensuring they continue to receive high-quality, tailored financial advice. You will work closely with clients through regular reviews and ongoing engagement, helping them adapt their financial plans in line with changing circumstances and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Skills And Experience:

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation or working towards completion is required for this role
• Strong knowledge of investments, pensions, protection and savings product
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving individual and team objectives
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including client services
• Experience with financial planning tools such as Voyant and Online Application systems is an advantage
