Job summary

Empleo is partnering with a scaling technology business to appoint a Financial Accounting Director in Dublin city centre, hybrid. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join a high-growth SaaS business.

You will own the month-end close, manage financial reporting, lead a finance team, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership, while overseeing treasury functions and key finance processes.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with significant PQE (7+ years).
• Experience in high-growth, dynamic start-up/scaling environments, preferably technology/SaaS.
• Strong leadership and ability to build high-performing teams.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive collaboration across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Own the month end close process including reconciliations and consolidations.
• Manage financial reporting requirements, including monthly and annual financial statements.
• Lead a high performing finance team.

• Oversee treasury operations as well as key finance processes including AP, AR and billing.
