Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Finance Transformation & Reporting Manager in a hybrid Dublin-based role. You will develop Power BI dashboards and data models, automate reporting, and deliver insights to senior stakeholders.

Utilising Snowflake, SQL, and Python, you will transform financial data, improve data quality, and drive data-led decision making across finance while shaping robust reporting standards.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Finance, BI or Data Analytics.
• Advanced Power BI skills, data modelling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with Snowflake, SQL, and Python experience

You’ll also support senior finance stakeholders with detailed analysis, management reporting, variance analysis, profitability monitoring, and expense management, while helping establish robust data standards, controls, and reporting practicesacrosstheorganisation.
