Job summary

Fineco Asset Management DAC, Dublin based, is seeking a Finance Transformation & Reporting Manager to lead the development of data-driven reporting and BI capabilities across the organisation.

The successful candidate will bring a strong background in BI, data management and analytics, ideally from a financial services or regulated environment, and will deliver scalable data models, dashboards, and automation using Snowflake, SQL, Python and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Strong BI development skills with dashboard creation, data modelling and DAX.
• Experience with Snowflake data warehouse and SQL scripting.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain reporting solutions across the organisation.
• Develop scalable data models and establish data governance.
• Build Power BI dashboards for executive management and finance reporting.
• Automate manual reporting and reconciliation processes; support finance transformation.
• Collaborate with CFO and stakeholders to drive data-driven insights.
