BOC Limited, a Linde company in Ireland, seeks a Finance Team Lead to manage and develop a team of finance coordinators handling AP, AR, and reconciliations. You will drive process improvements, act as the first escalation point for operational finance issues, and authorise P.O.

requisitions and Debit/Credit Memos through SAP/SRM. Additionally, you will support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and provide cover for the Finance Manager when absent.

Formación

• Experience in a financial role within a Freight environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; SAP ERP experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of finance coordinators handling AP, AR, and reconciliations.
• Drive process improvements and reconciliation functions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Act as the first escalation point for operational finance issues within the team.
• Authorise P.O. requisitions and Debit /Credit Memos through Workflow SAP /SRM.
• Work closely with Procurement UK to ensure all TMM requirements are executed as and when needed.
• Manage one of four monthly recons to the Customer per month, preparing billing and presenting to the Customer.
• Act as cover for Finance Manager when on Annual Leave or OOO.
• Assist Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
