Job summary

Materion Ireland, based in Limerick, seeks a Finance Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The role covers accounts payable for Ireland and UK entities, multi-currency invoicing, bank reconciliations and month-end processes within a multinational environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, a good eye for detail, and familiarity with an ERP system; SAP experience is preferred. Accounting Technician qualification is desirable, or two years’ related experience.

Qualifications

• Accounting Technician qualification would be desirable, but a candidate with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role would also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable (Ireland and UK entities).
• Process multi currency invoices as received from suppliers on the SAP ERP system.
• Reconcile Trade and Inter Co Creditors Statements to General Ledger and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and complete monthly payment run and posting of payments to the GL.
• Maintain purchase order logbook and ensure delivery documents are received with three-way matching.
• Resolve AP related queries with internal teams and vendors.
• Administer and reconcile petty cash and company credit card.
• Assist with cash-flow forecasting, Accounts receivable and credit control.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and weekly invoices for key customers.
