BOC Limited, a Linde company, is seeking a dedicated team member in Ireland to manage on-site inventory and ensure uninterrupted gas and chemical supply for our customers. You will monitor usage, report changes to the TMM Shift lead, and handle receipt and distribution from warehouses to point of use.

Key responsibilities include verifying paperwork, inspecting containers for quality, and performing daily walk-through inspections of usage points and receiving docks.

Qualifications

• High level of personal integrity and a strong customer focus.
• Positive 'can do, will do' attitude.
• Sound knowledge of quality systems, standards and procedures.
• Competent experience with computers and Microsoft Office packages.

Responsabilités

• Ensure agreed minimum/maximum inventory levels are in place at the customer's site.
• Monitor factory usage to ensure uninterrupted product supply to the customer.
• Advise the TMM Shift lead of usage level changes as indicated by the customer.
• Receive gas and chemicals from warehouses and deliver to the appropriate point of use on the customer's site.
• Verify all paperwork and visually inspect containers to meet quality standards.
• Complete daily walk-through inspections of customer's gas and chemical usage points and receiving docks.
• Manage collection and return of gas and chemical packages to the appropriate warehouses.
• Actively participate in improvements across the team.
