Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee the full finance function across multiple entities and geographies in Ireland. You will manage AR/AP, cash flow, and consolidation, while guiding budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.

Strong controls, compliance, and executive reporting to the CEO and Board are essential. The role requires a qualified accountant with extensive experience in international or multi-entity environments and hands-on SAP B1 proficiency.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA)
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is essential
• At least 10 years of progressive finance experience including leadership in multi- entity or international environments
• Experience in SME or growing organizations with hands-on operational responsibility
• Proven experience managing AR, AP, and operational finance processes
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach with ability to operate at strategic and operational levels

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full finance function across multiple entities and geographies
• Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and outsourced finance partners
• Ensure strong cash flow management and working capital control
• Own monthly management accounts across multiple entities and countries, including consolidation
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Maintain robust financial controls, compliance, and audit readiness
• Provide financial insight and decision support to the CEO
• Provide timely monthly and quarterly reports to the CEO and the Board
