Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 1–2 years post-qualification experience.
• Commercially focused mindset and ability to challenge assumptions.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis desirable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a finance business partner to project and development teams.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cashflow planning, and financial analysis.
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and commentary.
• Maintain strong financial controls, governance and cost discipline across projects and entities.
• Support year-end accounts, audit, and tax compliance.
• Provide commercial challenge and financial insight to support investment and project decisions.
• Contribute to improving finance processes, reporting and decision-support capabilities.
• Work collaboratively with corporate finance, commercial and technical teams.
