Job summary

FK International is exclusively partnering with a fast-growing renewable energy business to appoint a Group Project & Corporate Finance Manager. You will lead financial modelling, valuations and investment analyses across a substantial portfolio of renewable energy projects, while managing debt raises with lenders and advisors through to financial close.

The role involves evaluating new opportunities, structuring funding, and supporting strategic planning and capital raising as the business

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in project or corporate finance or infrastructure investment.
Advanced financial modelling skills and strong understanding of debt financing.
Experience in renewable energy transactions, M&A or project financing.

Responsibilities

Lead financial modelling, project valuations and investment analysis across renewable energy projects.
Manage project finance debt raises, working closely with lenders, advisors and legal teams through to financial close.
Evaluate new investment opportunities, funding structures and commercial returns.
Support strategic planning, capital raising and the expansion of the Group's project portfolio.
