Job summary

Fortis Recruitment represents a rapidly expanding global investment manager hiring a Finance Manager to lead a newly created Dublin team. This leadership role offers high visibility to senior leaders across EMEA and North America and a clear path to shaping reporting and regulatory processes.

You will build and grow a Dublin-based team, oversee regulatory and financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions, and drive the monthly close while coordinating audits and global finance projects.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years' PQE with a recognised accounting qualification - ACA or equivalent.
• Senior Manager or Director level in Big 4 with investment management or funds clients; or in-house at a large asset manager, investment manager or PE firm.
• Strong technical accounting skills across complex, multi-jurisdiction entities.
• Strong communicator with a commercial mindset and comfort operating at senior stakeholder level.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and manage a team of finance analysts based in Dublin.
• Oversee regulatory reporting and filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage the monthly close process across global regions - EMEA and North America.
• Lead on financial statement preparation and coordination of audits.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and global finance projects.
