Job summary

Legal & General in Dublin seeks a Financial Reporting Oversight Manager to strengthen fund governance across Asset Management Public Market ranges. You will oversee financial statements, ensure accuracy, and guide a team of supervisors and analysts.

You’ll collaborate with external administrators, auditors and internal stakeholders to drive improvements in controls, IFRS reporting, and regulatory compliance. This is a leadership role in a growing international team.

Qualifications

• Strong IFRS technical accounting expertise.
• Deep understanding of fund financial statement controls and audit processes.
• Experience in Public Markets or fund financial control roles.
• Knowledge of UCITS and AIFMD regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial reporting function across Public Market fund ranges.
• Review fund financial statements produced by third-party administrators.
• Ensure reporting aligns with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Provide technical oversight across IFRS, UK GAAP, and Lux GAAP.
• Partner with auditors and stakeholders to support audits and governance.
• Drive continuous improvements in oversight frameworks and processes.
• Manage and develop Financial Reporting Supervisors and Analysts.
