Job summary

InterSearch Ireland Ltd. is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, planning and analysis at a key manufacturing site. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, HR, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to drive business performance and strategic decisions.

The role reports to the Group Head of Finance and offers visibility within site leadership, opportunity to influence capital investments, and ongoing improvement initiatives in a dynamic FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Significant post-qualification finance leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing/FMCG.
• Strong financial planning, reporting, forecasting and business partnering experience.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing finance team members.
• Experience supporting audits and year-end financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Provide commercial and financial analysis to support operations and strategic decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain robust financial controls, governance and compliance across the site.
• Lead and develop the site finance team as part of the site leadership team.
• Monitor performance, analysing yield, labour, energy, waste and costs to identify trends.

We are hiring for Finance Manager position, Reporting to the Group Head of Finance and will play a pivotal role in leading the financial reporting, planning and analysis activities for a key manufacturing site. As a member of the site leadership team, the successful candidate will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, HR, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to provide financial insight that drives business performance and supports strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts.

• Monitor site performance, analysing key operational metrics including yield, labour, energy, waste and conversion costs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support audit and year‑end financial processes while ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong balance sheet management.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Significant post‑qualification finance leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG or a similar operational environment.
