Job summary

Achuman Capital Limited is seeking a highly experienced solicitor or barrister to join its finance and capital markets knowledge management team. The role focuses on developing precedents, know-how resources, practice notes and client-facing materials across banking, debt capital markets, fund finance, private credit, securitisation and structured finance transactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PQE in finance or markets.
• Qualified solicitor or barrister.
• Strong finance law experience.
• Excellent academics.
• Excellent research abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance precedents and know-how resources.
• Monitor and analyse Irish and EU financial services law.
• Disseminate key updates to fee earners across the practice.
