Job summary

Achuman Capital Limited is seeking a highly experienced solicitor or barrister to join its finance and capital markets knowledge management team. The role focuses on developing precedents, know-how resources, practice notes and client-facing materials across banking, debt capital markets, fund finance, private credit, securitisation and structured finance transactions.

The Role

The successful candidate will join a leading Finance and Capital Markets knowledge management team supporting a market‑leading structured finance and securitisation practice. The role involves developing, maintaining and enhancing precedents, know‑how resources, practice notes and client‑facing legal materials across banking, debt capital markets, fund finance, private credit, securitisation and structured finance transactions.

The position also includes monitoring and analysing legal and regulatory developments across Irish and EU financial services law, carrying out impact assessments, and disseminating key updates to fee earners across the practice.
