Job summary

Barden | B Corp is partnering with an international law firm to recruit a Knowledge Lawyer for the Finance & Capital Markets team in Dublin. The role offers the option of full-time or a 4-day week and a chance to work with a high-calibre client base.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain legal resources, precedents, training, and client-facing guidance, while supporting knowledge management across the firm.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in Ireland or UK with 4+ years' PQE.
• Experience in a leading law firm in the areas identified.
• Strong knowledge of resources for Knowledge Lawyer and for knowledge management within a law firm.
• Superb oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain legal resources including precedents and know-how.
• Create and deliver training for lawyers and staff.
• Conduct research to support client matters and knowledge strategy.
• Provide client-facing guidance/opinions and internal knowledge support.
