A&L Goodbody's Finance Group in Ireland is seeking a finance lawyer to work on some of the market’s most significant deals. The successful candidate will join the General Finance Group and handle corporate lending, real estate and development finance, and fund finance mandates for domestic and international clients.

With 1–6 years of relevant PQE, you will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and gain exposure to high-value transactions across a broad spectrum of finance mandates

Qualifications

• Candidates should have between 1-6 years relevant finance PQE.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on large, complex finance mandates.
• Gain experience across a broad spectrum of finance mandates including corporate lending, leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate and development finance, fund finance, and direct lending.
