Job summary

Hunter Savage, Ireland, is seeking a Finance Director for a newly created role in Tipperary. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and provide analysis to support commercial decisions.

Reporting to the CFO, you will drive cash flow management, strengthen controls, coordinate year-end with auditors, and help shape financial processes as the business grows. Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience leading finance teams and communicating complex financial

Qualifications

Qualified accountant: ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
Experience overseeing financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
Sound understanding of cash flow management and financial controls.
Ability to explain financial information clearly to colleagues outside finance.
Experience improving financial processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation of accurate, timely financial and management reporting.
Lead budgeting and forecasting, explaining variances and identifying actions.
Monitor cash flow, working capital and financial performance.
Provide the CFO with clear analysis to support planning and commercial decisions.
Review financial controls, reporting systems and processes, implementing improvements where needed.
Coordinate year end reporting and liaise with external auditors and advisers.
