Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with strong, extensive commercial experience in hotels, hospitality or resort operations.
• Proven ability to partner with the General Manager, Board and Senior Leadership to shape strategy.
• Track record of delivering financial performance, governance and asset stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager, Board and Senior Leadership Team to shape long-term business strategy.
• Provide commercial insight that supports key business decisions.
• Influence investment priorities, expansion and growth.
• Act as trusted advisor to GM and Board on financial, commercial and strategic matters.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across the resort and company.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational performance.
• Analyse profitability across products, markets and units.
• Lead finance and purchasing teams and strengthen systems.
