AIMS International Ireland (Spirit Executive) in Dublin seeks a hands-on Finance Director to lead finance, legal, IT and governance across the organisation. You will partner with the COO and executive team to strengthen financial discipline and strategic decision-making.

We are partnering with one of Ireland’s most entrepreneurial international spirits businesses to appoint a Finance Director.
Headquartered in Dublin, the company develops and grows distinctive beverage brands across Europe, the United States and Asia. It combines international reach with the pace, ambition and accountability of an entrepreneurial business.
This role will suit a hands on leaderwuth the ability to be part of building the business over time.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Finance Director will lead finance, legal, IT and governance across the organisation. They will be a key member of the leadership team and a trusted commercial partner to the wider business.
This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who can strengthen financial discipline, improve visibility of performance and support better decisions across brands, markets and investments.
Key responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, ideally ACCA, CIMA or equivalent, with significant senior finance leadership experience.
They will bring strong capability across financial control, commercial finance, planning, cash flow, working capital, inventory and margin management. International or multi-entity experience is important, together with the judgement and confidence to advise and constructively challenge senior leadership.
Experience within beverage alcohol, FMCG, consumer goods or another international brand-led business would be advantageous.
Cultural fit will be critical. This opportunity will suit a commercially minded, pragmatic and hands-on finance leader who can introduce appropriate structure without unnecessary bureaucracy and operate effectively in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
The role is based in Dublin, with a hybrid arrangement of three office-based days per week. Some international travel may be required.
