Job summary

Barden are partnering with a leading Irish brand to hire a Finance Business Partner in Cork. The role focuses on delivering high-quality management information, supporting strategic planning and providing insightful commentary to drive commercial decisions.

You will prepare budgets, quarterly forecasts, analyse performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise income and efficiency. A qualified accountant with PQE is preferred.

• Qualified accountant with 5 years post qualified experience.

Barden are currently partnering with one of Ireland's leading brands in the search for a, Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing team. Reporting to an impressive Commercial Finance Manager, the ideal candidate will be analytical, with a strong commercial acumen and a genuine interest in collaborating with business stakeholders

This person will work closely with the wider business, primarily responsible for assisting, analysing, and overseeing the achievement of the company's financial and operational objectives. This involves delivering high-quality and timely management information for informed business decision-making.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Strategic planning on short, medium and long-term objectives
• Analysis of business performance, providing insights, commentary and recommendations to non-finance individuals
• Preparation, review and presentation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for the division to senior management
• Participate in group wide projects as required
• Liaising regularly with cross functional departments
• Drive initiatives and activities which will promote income generation
