Total Talent in Ireland is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its growing finance team, providing financial insights, supporting performance, and driving continuous improvement in a multinational logistics environment.

You will partner with operations and sales, review monthly results, support forecasting and month-end close, and ensure robust financial controls.

The role offers hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days remote), 25 days leave and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent finance qualification.
• Experience as Finance Business Partner, Financial/Management Accountant.
• Strong technical accounting and analytical skills.
• Experience in multinational/shared services environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Sales, and senior management to provide financial analysis and insights.
• Review monthly results, variance analyses, and management reports.
• Support month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and reporting requirements.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations, treasury, and cash flow oversight.
• Support tax compliance, audits, and finance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with international shared service teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations, Sales, and senior management to provide financial analysis and commercial insights.
• Review monthly financial results, variance analysis, and management reports.
• Support month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and reporting requirements.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations, treasury activities, and cash flow oversight.
• Support tax compliance, external audits, and finance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with international shared service teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Skills & Experience

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (preferred).
• Experience in a Finance Business Partner, Financial Accountant, Management Accountant, or similar role.
• Strong technical accounting, financial controls, and analytical skills.
• Experience working within a multinational or shared services environment.
• SAP experience is desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business recommendations.
• Logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain experience is advantageous but not essential.
