Total Talent is seeking a Finance Business Partner in Ireland to support day-to-day finance operations and partner with finance, operations and commercial teams to deliver accurate reporting, robust controls and business performance management.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and provide insights to support informed decision-making, while ensuring VAT, corporation tax and payroll taxes compliance and effective treasury management.

Competenze

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Experience in financial reporting, controls, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience in fast-paced commercial environment with multiple priorities.
• Ability to analyse financial data and provide insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with shared service or international finance teams desirable.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to build strong relationships.

We are searching for a Finance Business Partner to support the day-to-day finance function, partnering closely with finance, operations, and commercial teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls, and effective business performance management. The role provides financial insight, supports budgeting and forecasting, manages compliance requirements, and helps drive informed decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities
