ICON Clinical Research is seeking a Financial Analyst II - Business Partnering in Dublin, offering a hybrid work model. The role focuses on financial analysis, forecasting, dashboards, and partnering with Operations to ensure financial health across studies.

Ideal candidates are newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA professionals or movers from practice seeking broad commercial exposure and structured progression within a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA with good experience in analysis and insights of financial data and trends.
• Good Systems experience.
• Audit & Assurance experience is beneficial.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Experience assisting Finance Manager with various relevant information requirements.

Responsabilités

• Prepare client reports (financial analysis, forecasting, metrics and dashboards) to support financial planning and month end.
• Partner with Operations teams to review financial health of studies.
• Conduct financial reviews to identify and drive actions across stakeholders.
• Prepare internal monthly study report with key financial risks and mitigations.
• Prepare internal monthly financial reporting packages and forecasts for operations with insightful commentary.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and budget reconciliations.
