The Irish Red Cross Society is seeking a Finance Administrator (Payables, Area & Branch) to manage supplier transactions, payments, and branch financial submissions. You will ensure accurate records, timely settlements, and compliance with financial procedures within a 12-month fixed-term contract.
The role supports the Finance Team, handles banking documentation, and assists with CRM and reporting tasks, contributing to high standards of financial administration.

Working as a key part of the Finance Team, the Finance Administrator (Payables, Area & Branch) is responsible for both the effective management of accounts payable activities including processing supplier transactions and ensuring timely settlement of organisation liabilities and the review of branch financial submissions, ensuring accuracy of accounting records and reconciliations, compliance with financial procedures, and maintaining banking and reporting documentation.
