Fifty5Blue is seeking a Field Technician to install and maintain metering equipment in panellist homes across Ireland. You will travel regionally in a company car, carry out remote activities, and support the rollout of a new television audience measurement panel in the Republic of Ireland.

You will join a cross-functional operations team, provide excellent service, and ensure data accuracy. A full driving licence and willingness to travel are required, with a 12-month FTC in field-based work.

Qualificações

• Excellent relationship building and communication with panel members and internal partners.
• Proactive and able to work autonomously in a remote field role.
• Willing to drive regionally within the Republic of Ireland.

Responsabilidades

• Installing and maintaining metering equipment and software in panel homes.
• Providing outstanding customer service and representing Fifty5Blue.
• Educating panel members on proper use and care of equipment.
• Working with ops teams to meet SLAs and deadlines.
• Investigating and troubleshooting issues.
• Liaising with Panel Service to ensure efficient service.
• Logging and reporting panel home activity.
• Maintaining stock levels of metering equipment.
