Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Wexford, Ireland is seeking Field Service Technicians to join our operations team. Based on-site, you will assist Service Inspectors with surveys, inspections, maintenance, and repairs across utilities, marine, power, construction, and manufacturing sectors.

A full, clean driving license, good computer literacy, and strong communication skills are essential, as is a commitment to health and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with cranes or lifting devices is advantageous.
• Utilities sector experience preferred but not required.
• Full, clean driving licence and own transport preferred.
• Strong communication and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Inspectors with surveys, inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Support preparation, production, and distribution of inspection reports.
• Ensure high customer service standards.
• Input and maintain data using operational systems.
• Maintain health and safety standards as guided.

This role offers excellent opportunities for progression and development, working closely alongside our Service Inspectors to support a wide range of clients in sectors including utilities, marine, power, construction, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Service Inspectors with surveys, inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Support the preparation, production, and distribution of inspection reports in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure high customer service standards are consistently met.
• Accurately input and maintain data using operational systems.
• Maintain technical and safety standards as guided by the Service Inspector.

Requirements

• Previous exposure to commercial cranes, lifting devices, or material handling equipment (advantageous, but not essential).
• Experience in utilities preferred, but not essential.
• EUSR Water Hygiene Card, CSCS card, and Manual Handling certification are advantageous (training provided if not held).
• Full, clean driving licence and own transport preferred.
• Good computer literacy, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of health and safetypractices.
