CREGG is recruiting a Field Service Engineer based in Limerick for an initial 6–12 month period, with potential to work up to 75% of the time across Europe after the initial phase. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex semiconductor equipment on-site, and provide customer training and support.

The role requires a degree in a relevant discipline and strong hands-on troubleshooting, with comfortable travel and independent project management across international sites.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a relevant discipline, with semiconductor industry experience.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
• Willing to travel across Europe up to 75% post Ireland assignment.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment on-site.
• Commission tools, perform retrofits, and provide training to customers.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring, and blueprints.
• Write and troubleshoot PLC code (ladder logic).
• Lead projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Provide expert-level support and training to customers.
• Repair equipment in the field.
• Ensure wiring and plumbing are properly assembled and labeled.
