Job summary

MK Versuchsanlagen, with its Ireland subsidiary MK METALFREE IRELAND Ltd, is expanding its team in Ireland. The role covers service, repairs, and calibrations for existing customers on site, at the Dublin branch, or remotely, plus maintenance and software setup.

You will provide on-site sales support, use technical expertise for proposals, and support during Factory & Site Acceptance Tests. A background in regulated industries and travel willingness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented service mentality required.
• Strong problem-solving across hardware, software and mechanics.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training, including hardware and software topics.
• Basic knowledge of Network/Wi‑Fi is a plus but not required.
• Background in regulated industries (Pharma/Life Sciences/ biotech) preferred.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to different environments.
• Several years of service experience.
• NFQ Level 6+ apprenticeship or 3+ years in a similar role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Service, repairs and calibrations for existing customers on site, in Dublin branch, or remote.
• Maintenance duties including troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance; software setup and follow-up.
• On-site sales support using technical expertise for proposals and during tests.
