WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Provide on‑site field support for our partners, direct Panasonic customers, and end customers in case of technical problems.
• Record and process highly complex inquiries.
• Support product commissioning on site.
• Support new customers during the first pre‑commissioning visit on site to guarantee correct system set up.
• Provide central technical support for the service‑partner network and end customers in the respective region and/or area.
• Provide detailed documentation of all activities.
• Serve as a link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness.
• Identify technical issues and develop solutions for a variety of customer complaints and issues, acting as the first level of escalation after the call‑centre and service partners.
• Serve as liaison between sales, supply chain/logistics, and customers; communication with customers on activities in these areas is integral to the delivery of customer service.
• Train and support new installers on site.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Completed training as a master refrigeration and heating technology, state‑certified refrigeration / air conditioning technician, or similar educational and experiential background.
• At least 6 years of work experience.
• Strong technical knowledge across all responsible product categories.
