Job summary

TalentTech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Ireland and Northern Ireland. The role involves field-based maintenance, installation, and commissioning of capital equipment for glass and stone machining sectors.

You will service a diverse customer base, provide on-site technical support, and travel extensively within ROI/NI. You must have field service or maintenance experience in this sector, a full driving licence, and the right to work in the ROI/UK as sponsorship

Qualifications

It’s essential to have field service or maintenance experience in the glass and stone machining world.
You’ll cover Ireland; a full driving licence is required.
Right to work in the ROI or UK as no sponsorship is provided.

Responsibilities

You’ll be field based, conducting PPM and reactive maintenance, through to installation and commissioning of capital equipment.
The bulk of the customer base will be in the stone and glass machining world.
Provide technical support to customers.
The product range includes drilling, edging, and cutting, alongside manufacturing lines, tooling and heads.
Use existing knowledge with remote logging and training to diagnose issues.
You’ll be the sole engineer in Ireland to begin with.
