Job summary

Leybold is seeking a Service Engineer to deliver expert repair services for our technology solutions in Ireland, reporting to the Operations Manager. You will inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair diverse technical systems, diagnosing issues to prevent downtime while ensuring safety and thorough documentation.

You will be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly while traveling within your designated area across Ireland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a service or maintenance technician.
• Technical schooling background required.
• Basic knowledge of English required.

• Inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems (planned and ad hoc).
• Diagnose issues to prevent equipment downtime.

You will

• Report into the Operations Manager.
• Conduct planned and ad hoc services to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

To succeed, you will need

• You have minimum 2 years of experience, working as a service or maintenance technician
• Technical school background
• Basic knowledge of English

Job location

You will be part of our customer center in Limerick, Wexford. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Ireland (IE).
