Job summary

Nanosonics is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to support Ireland with travel, based in Ireland with preference for Dublin or the West coast. You will join a growing EMEA service team, coordinating field service activities and ensuring excellent customer service.

Role requires Endoscopy experience, document management familiarity, and a drive for continuous improvement. Travel across Ireland is expected while maintaining strong field service performance and device recertification

Qualifications

Degree-level education with strong written and verbal skills.
Experience with automated endoscope reprocessors (WTM2/WTM3/WTM5) testing desirable.
Experience in ISO13485-compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical service support to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Meet KPIs set by the EMEA Service Manager to improve effectiveness.
Manage end-to-end complaint handling, documents and reports.
Oversee repair and test of returned medical devices; track logistics.
Provide Level II/III troubleshooting and remote support as needed.
Maintain Device History Records and inventory in ERP systems.
Collaborate with distributors and direct network for service training.
