Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a semiconductor-related field (Electrical/Mechanical).
• Minimum 3 years' experience as field service engineer.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing metrology or mechanical instrumentation.
• Willingness to travel and work abroad (approx. 20%).
• Proficiency in English; a second European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot optical metrology and dimensional measurement systems in the field.
• Deliver initial and ongoing customer training for effective system use.
• Support OEM partners and sales with system demonstrations and value propositions.
• Provide responsive field support and collaboration within a service-focused team.
• Apply knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing practices, including safety and cleanroom protocols.
