Cpl is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a 24/7 shift, onsite in Kildare, Ireland. The role involves hands-on installation, maintenance and support for advanced equipment, with an 8-week international training programme before shift rotation.

The candidate should have a technical qualification, be able to read schematics, and are comfortable working with pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics and vacuum systems. Driving licence and Stamp 4 or EU passport are required.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on vacuum, hydraulic, pneumatic, plasma, gas, and electro-mechanical systems.
Install, qualify, and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems onsite.
Diagnose complex technical issues using digital analytics tools and schematics.
Provide onsite technical assistance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Maintain health and safety standards at all times.

About The Role

We are seeking a Maintenance Equipment Engineer to join a leading global organisation specialising in advanced materials engineering solutions for the semiconductor and display manufacturing industries. This role is ideal for mechanically or electrically focused engineers who thrive on hands-on troubleshooting and solving complex electro-mechanical issues.

You will provide onsite installation, maintenance, and technical support for highly advanced equipment. To ensure your success, you will receive an extensive 8-week international training programme at one of our global facilities before transitioning to the 24/7 shift pattern.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on vacuum, hydraulic, pneumatic, plasma, gas, and electro-mechanical systems.
Installation & Qualification: Install, qualify, and repair complex electrical and mechanical systems onsite.
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex technical issues using digital analytics tools and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics.
Customer Support: Provide onsite technical assistance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of health and safety at all times.

Requirements

Essential Criteria
