Job summary

Culligan Ireland is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service, repair, and optimize water treatment systems across Ireland. This field-based role operates from a Claregalway depot, with a 6-month probation and a base salary of €42,432/year plus an uncapped performance incentive and meal allowance.

OTE rises to around €50,000 for strong performers. You will diagnose issues, carry out installations, ensure safety compliance, and maintain detailed service records while developing your expertise

Qualifications

• Service, maintain, and repair water treatment systems.
• Diagnose and resolve basic equipment faults and performance issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding operation and maintenance.

• Service, maintain, and repair water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, and purification systems.
• Diagnose and resolve basic equipment faults and performance issues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the operation and maintenance of water treatment systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and schedule installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Some experience as an Engineer/Plumber, preferably in the field of water treatment.
• Technical knowledge of water treatment systems, including filtration, softening, and purification is preferable however, full training will be given.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Location: Field Based - Depot based in Claregalway

Salary: €42,432 per annum, paid monthly + annual tax free meal allowance and uncapped performance incentives. On-Target Earnings (OTE) of €50,000

As an Field Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in our commitment to excellence by maintaining, and repairing water treatment systems. You will utilize your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions, ensuring optimal functioning of our systems and maximum customer satisfaction.
